N3XTLV is an international B2B consulting firm headquartered in Riga, Latvia, with offices in Tbilisi and London. We were built for companies that think beyond their home market.
Where we came from
N3XTLV was founded over 25 years ago with a single mission: to make international business expansion accessible to companies of all sizes — not just the largest multinationals with in-house legal and tax teams.
What began as a small consulting practice in Riga has grown into a multi-jurisdictional firm serving over 100,000 clients across Europe. Along the way, we've helped businesses register entities in Latvia, open accounts in jurisdictions they couldn't access alone, navigate EU trade regulations, and build the operational infrastructure to actually run a foreign company day-to-day.
Today, our team of 123 professionals combines deep local expertise in Latvia, Georgia, and the UK with a genuinely international outlook — giving clients the on-the-ground knowledge they need in each market, without having to build it themselves.
We work in English, Italian, Russian, and Georgian. We're available to any business, anywhere — though we specialize in European market entry and Baltic-based corporate structures.

- LinkedIn Insight Tag — B2B advertising measurement. Privacy policy: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
4. How long we keep your data
Contact and booking form data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact or the end of any service relationship, whichever is later, after which it is securely deleted. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of each third-party platform. Cookie consent preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and persist until cleared.
5. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

6. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
Strictly necessary: session management and cookie consent preference storage. These do not require consent and cannot be disabled without affecting basic site functionality.
Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4, Facebook Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag cookies. These are set only after you click "Accept cookies" in the banner shown on first visit. You may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage and cookies for this site.
7. Supervisory authority
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija): www.dvi.gov.lv. If you are located in another EU member state, you may also contact the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
